To initiate the
professional travel services of Dianne Tatro, CTC, Travel Quest, I
_____________________ and ___________________(Travelers) authorize a
non-refundable deposit of $300.00, applicable to a honeymoon to
____________________(destination/s). The deposit is payable to Travel Quest by
check or by credit card authorization. If made by check, these funds will be
deposited into a trust account maintained for clients by Travel Quest. If made
by credit card, the travelers will authorize a charge of $300.00 on a valid
Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card.
If the Travelers do not utilize the services of Travel Quest for the above
destination(s), or cancel the trip for any reason, the non refundable Deposit
will be paid from the trust to the general account of Travel Quest, or charged
to the designated credit card for travel services rendered.
Cancellation
protection is available and recommended to cover the deposit and the honeymoon
itinerary. Please inquire.
