Travel Quest offers a high level of customer service. To maintain this standard
we invite you to review our Terms and Conditions.
The performance of this contract between Travel Quest and Travelers is governed
by the following terms and conditions.
1. Once your itinerary has been approved and accommodations confirmed, a deposit
will be required to secure your accommodations.
2. Final payment for your travel arrangements is due sixty days before
departure.
3. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Changing or canceling travel plans
can result in loss of your honeymoon investment. Travel plans can be interrupted
for many reasons, weather, illness, death and other emergencies. Travel
Insurance protects you from the unexpected. Please discuss Insurance with your
Honeymoon Specialist. If you decide not to purchase travel insurance, we request
a decline of travel insurance form to be signed and returned to Travel Quest.
4. Any agreement between Travel Quest (affiliated with Travel Wizards) and you,
shall be construed by and governed under the laws of the State of California.
